KHH Calendar (the "Site") is a service that provides schedules for Korean hip-hop concerts, album releases, and merch drops. This policy explains what information is processed while using the Site and for what purpose.
· General visitors: the Site does not operate sign-up or login features, and
does not directly collect personal information such as names or emails from
general visitors.
· Notification (web push) subscription: when you tap "Get Notified" on an
artist page, your browser stores a push subscription (subscription address,
encryption keys) and your list of followed artists — without any login. This
information is identified only at the browser/device level, without a name or
email, and you can turn it off at any time.
· Device / usage information: access logs, browser/device information, and
page views may be processed by our hosting and advertising providers.
· Inquiries: if you contact us by email, the sender address and message
content are processed through our email provider.
· Providing and displaying concert, album release, and merch drop information
· Delivering web push notifications about new concerts/albums/releases for artists you follow
· Error diagnosis, service security, and fraud prevention
· Serving ads and measuring ad performance through Google AdSense
To keep an admin session signed in, authentication session data is stored in the browser's local storage. This only happens when signed in with an admin account and does not apply to general visitors.
Using "Get Notified" requests browser notification permission, and your list of followed artists is stored in browser local storage. You can turn this off at any time by disabling browser notifications or clearing local storage.
Third-party services such as Google AdSense may also use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention. You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings, though some features may be limited as a result.
Third-party advertisers, including Google, may use cookies based on your visits to this and other sites to serve ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visit history.
You can manage or opt out of personalized ads at Google Ad Settings. Google's advertising policies can be found here, and how Google uses data from partner sites can be found here.
The Site operator does not sell personal information. However, the providers below process information under their own policies and your settings, and that processing may involve transfer of information outside your country of residence.
· Supabase: stores and processes concert/artist/album/release data, admin
account information, and notification (web push) subscription data
· Vercel: web hosting, delivery, and access log processing
· Browser push services (e.g. Google, Mozilla, Apple): if you use "Get
Notified," notifications are delivered through the push service operated by
your browser vendor
· Google Maps: used to display venue locations and maps. Google may process
access information while you use Google Maps; see Google's policies for
details.
· Google AdSense: ad delivery and performance measurement
· Ticket vendors / record retailers: the Site includes links to external
ticket vendors, record retailers, and similar sites. Personal information
processing on those external sites is governed by their own policies, and the
Site is not responsible for it.
Admin account information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service. Turning off notifications for a specific artist immediately removes you from that artist's notification list. However, the underlying browser push subscription itself is cleaned up separately, based on its actual subscription status (for example, when you disable browser notification permission or the subscription expires) — turning off notifications does not necessarily delete the related data immediately. If you'd like it deleted completely, please contact us at the address below. Information stored in your browser can be deleted by you directly. Retention periods for external services follow each provider's own policy.
You can delete cookies/local storage in your browser and change your Google ad settings. To turn off notifications, tap the "Notifications On" button again on the artist page, or disable notification permission in your browser. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your information.

The Site makes reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and current, but schedules, prices, venues, and links may change without notice or differ from the facts, and their accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. Always confirm with the official ticket vendor and the artist's or promoter's announcements before booking or purchasing. The Site is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information posted here.
This policy may be updated as the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced by updating the effective date on this page.
